E-commerce Renewal

The license renewal can be requested via My Cellebrite Portal or alternatively the license can be renewed using a credit card payment (this option is available only for US customers). The renewal process from the My Cellebrite Portal can be processed for one Serial Number or for Multiple Serial Numbers.

A. Renew single Serial Number process:

Please log in to the My Cellebrite Portal:

  • Go to “Products & Licenses” tab:
  • Open the “Licenses” tab and all your Licenses will appear.
  • Licenses eligible for renewals will have the orange “Renew License” button
  • Select “Renew License” option.

B. Renew multiple serial numbers process:

  • Go to “Store” tab:
  • Click on the “Renew your products”.
  • Select one or more Serial Number from the list.
  • Click “Renew”.

Notes and Limitations:

  • The default renewal period is for 1 year.
  • The license term of the renewal always starts from the expiration date.
  • If the license has already been expired, there is no possibility to renew it via portal.
  • There is no possibility to renew multiple years using the credit card process. For multiple years renewal, please select “Request Quote” option.
  • When selecting the option to renew multiple Serial Numbers, only serial numbers with the same expiration date can be renewed together. To renew licenses with different expiration dates – several orders need to be processed.
  • The following products cannot be renewed via My Cellebrite Portal: UFED Touch device, Premium, Network dongle, Detachable, Pathfinder Team, Smart Translation.

B. Complete your checkout process:

  • Navigate to “My Cart”.
  • Click on “Checkout”.
  • Follow the instructions to “Pay by credit card” or “Request a quote”.
