What is your mission?

The Training Specialist for the Americas position reports directly to the Manager of Training Fulfilment for the Americas. Responsibilities include partnering with sales to support new business with current and prospective customers, including managing leads generated in SalesForce to increase training revenue, assist in the closing of training opportunities as well as to manage all aspects relating to the delivery of Cellebrite-branded services and solutions across the Americas.

Requires strong relationship management skills to collaborate a variety of stakeholders, including  customer service, partners, vendors, sales, sales operations, marketing and clients around the globe. Occasional travel to conferences, training events or tradeshows may be required.

The Training Specialist for the Americas will be responsible for managing details of Cellebrite training events within a specific region or virtual sessions, including scheduling and hosting planning sessions, managing sales events, securing venues for adequate training delivery, generating orders of supplies and printed materials for timely delivery to training venues. 

What you’ll love about your mission:

  • Provide effective feedback to training services management regarding process and procedures
  • Manage sales orders, including order entry, course scheduling, fulfillment, quote entry, and providing oversight for order control (pricing integrity, financial issues, etc.) within a specific region
  • Follow up with customers to solicit feedback regarding Training Services delivered
  • Manage the execution and delivery of training to customers
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for customers regarding any operational or logistics questions
  • Build and issue reports from the system to support the Customer Services Organizations’ needs
  • Provide sales coordination activity in the sales center for the Americas
  • Complete reports, training records, and necessary documentation for maintaining training client records


The superpowers we are looking for:

  • Two – three years of experience in the areas of training coordination / sales operations and / or logistic management 
  • Project management skills with the ability to proactively assess the current state of scheduled classes and communicate with management and outside entities to ensure smooth operation and flawless delivery of training programs of instruction
  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, or similar role
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
  • Experience with e-learning platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in 
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a dynamic and ever-changing work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of key stakeholders inside and outside of the organization
  • Be able to obtain and maintain valid passport 

*This is a 5 month contract position, fully remote.
