  • Yossi Carmil CEO
    Bio

    As CEO and a member of Cellebrite’s board of directors, Yossi is responsible for leading the company’s vision, strategy, and execution. His 16 years with the company have been dedicated to the advancement of Cellebrite as an industry leader in Digital Intelligence solutions.

    Yossi brings more than 25 years of experience to his position including executive leadership, global sales, business development, financial control, and strategic consultancy. Prior to joining Cellebrite, he served as the VP of Commercial for Siemens Israel Ltd., Sales Director at Elgad Com Group, and Financial Controller for Bosch, Germany.

    Yossi holds an MBA from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, Germany. He is also a member of the board of CommuniTake Technologies LTD, Cellomat Ltd., and the German – Israeli Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK).

  • Dana Gerner Chief Financial Officer
    Bio

    Joining Cellebrite in 2014, Dana brings 25 years of experience as CFO in publicly traded and privately held companies. Dana has expertise in strategy, global finance, operational and service networks, IPOs, and M&A. She is responsible for managing Cellebrite’s financial functions, Information Technologies & Operations, and Legal & Compliance—all targeted to support the company’s continued worldwide growth.

    Dana was previously President, Pool Management Director, and CFO for a leading global provider of retailer packaging solutions. She has also held CFO positions at Leiman Schlussel, Mimsar Ltd., and was a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. Dana earned a Master’s degree in Innovation Management from Swinburne University, and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.

  • Marque Teegardin President, Cellebrite Americas
    Bio

    Marque is the General Manager of Cellebrite’s business in the Americas, bringing over 20 years of experience in high-growth technology businesses as a CRO and advisor to many leading software companies. He has a proven record of success in business transformation, sales leadership, and significant growth in both revenue and shareholder value at several market-leading software companies.  

    Prior to becoming General Manager of North America, Marque spent the better part of seven years building start-ups resulting in two successful exits with StoredIQ and Sapho. Additionally, Marque served as SVP of Sales at both NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE), and PTC Inc, over a span of 14 years. He holds a BA in Marketing & Psychology from Hillsdale College.  

  • Ronnen Armon Chief Products & Technologies Officer
    Bio

    Ronnen oversees Cellebrite’s solutions, products, and technology¬ – including R&D, Product Business Management, and CTO domains. Ronnen brings a tremendous background and years of experience in enterprise software. He previously led R&D at Mercury for almost four years, and later became VP and GM for Hewlett Packard’s BTO team (Business Technology Optimization), overseeing Products and R&D.

    Ronnen also co-founded Capriza, a no-code native SaaS mobility platform that simplified collaboration as well as integration with legacy applications and platforms. With Capriza, Ronnen initially led Products and R&D until he became their CEO.

    Ronnen holds a BSC degree in Computer Science and Industrial Engineering, and a MA degree in System Analysis and Operations Research, both from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology.

  • Leeor Ben-Peretz Chief Strategy Officer
    Bio

    Leeor leads Cellebrite’s strategy, corporate business development, and corporate marketing functions. He brings over 20 years of experience in the forensic, telecom, and software security markets, having served in key business development and product management related positions at industry-leading companies such as Aladdin Knowledge Systems (NASDAQ: ALDN), Pelephone Communications, Comverse (NASDAQ: CMVT), and InfoGin.

    During his 12-year tenure with Cellebrite, Leeor has been instrumental in driving the evolution of the company’s offering from a single product to a rich portfolio of innovative products, solutions, and services.

    Leeor holds an Executive MBA degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a BA degree in Business and Economics from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv.

  • Lisa Cole Chief Marketing Officer
    Bio

    Joining Cellebrite in 2022, Lisa Cole brings 23 years of experience transforming marketing into high-performing, scalable, and accountable growth engines for industry-leading technology, manufacturing, and professional services companies. She is responsible for Cellebrite’s overall marketing strategy, operations, and execution, which includes brand, public relations, product marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations to drive sales and further the company’s leadership position in the digital intelligence marketplace. Prior to joining Cellebrite, Lisa was the Vice President of Corporate Marketing at FARO. Before FARO, she was the Chief Marketing Officer at Huron. Her transformative work for both companies improved performance and resulted in three prestigious honors: the 2022 Forrester Return on Integration (ROI) Award, SiriusDecisions’ 2018 ROI Award; and Demand Gen Report’s 2018 B2B Innovator Award. Lisa holds a BS degree in Marketing Management from Western Governors University.

  • Zohar Tadmor – Eilat Chief People Officer
    Bio

    Zohar brings over 20 years of experience as a senior HR leader in various industries. She has solid and professional Human Resources skills and competencies in all HR and people domains, including change management, talent acquisition and management, career development, employee experience, employer branding, and internal communication, working closely with executive management, and leading HR organization with a Business-driven orientation and focus.

    Before joining Cellebrite, Zohar was the Global VP of Human Resources at CyberArk for 6 years. Prior to CyberArk, Zohar served as the Global VP of Human Resources at BitTech/ BetaMedia for 3 years, and before that, she was the General Manager of HRISRAEL for 2 years and the VP of HR of Cal-Auto Group for 3 years; In all of which she led HR strategy, enabled, and created a culture of growth and engagement, where people can thrive and be at their best.

    Zohar holds an M.A. in Labor Studies – Organizational consulting and human resources management from Tel Aviv University, and a B.A. in Social Work, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is a certified group dynamic and leadership instructor, business coach, and mediator.

  • Ken Basore General Manager, Enterprise Solutions
    Bio

    As General Manager, Enterprise Solutions at Cellebrite, Ken is a seasoned executive and 20-year veteran of law enforcement and computer forensics. He brings knowledge, trusted business experience, and the proven leadership ability needed to promote the mission and unique culture of Cellebrite.

    As an expert in the fields of IT, digital investigations, and law enforcement, Ken deeply understands the customer point of view, which helps guide him in managing the company’s private-sector business unit. Prior to joining Cellebrite, Ken was CEO at BlackBag Technologies until its acquisition by Cellebrite in 2020. He also served previously as Senior Vice President of Product Engineering for Guidance Software. During his over 20-year tenure in the private sector, Ken held executive roles in engineering, training, information technology, and professional services. In his current role Ken is responsible for all aspects of private-sector business for Cellebrite.

  • Ori Nurick EVP Portfolio Strategy
    Bio

    Joining Cellebrite in 2015, Ori leads portfolio strategy at Cellebrite. He brings more than 20 years of specialization in intelligence gathering and digital investigations for law enforcement and intelligence agencies globally. Prior to joining the executive team, Ori oversaw Product Management and was a key catalyst in launching Cellebrite’s Digital Intelligence Platform.

    Before joining Cellebrite, Ori led Product Management and Business Development for NICE System’s Cyber Intelligence Division. He began his career as a software engineer at Teletron. Ltd, developing communication interception systems. Ori holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv.

  • Anat Paran EVP Services
    Bio

    As EVP Services, Anat is responsible for leading the company’s overall customer-facing services, including the Cellebrite Training and Advisory department, Cellebrite Advanced Services department, and Cellebrite Technical Customer Support Services

    As Senior VP of Information Systems & Operations, Anat is responsible for leading Cellebrite’s overall internal technology and services initiatives, as provided by the three departments: Information Systems, IT, and Security & Operations. Anat, who has been with Cellebrite for almost five years, was previously VP of Global IT.

    Anat brings 15 years of experience in the field of IT, MIS, and management, including more than four years as Director – Head of IT Services at Check Point Software Technologies immediately before joining Cellebrite, and more than six years at Micron Technology as Computing Infrastructure Manager. Before that, Anat served in several positions at Intel Corp where she worked for eight years, with her final position being Client Service Group Manager.

    Anat holds a BSc. in Information Systems Engineering and an MBA from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

  • Arnon Zilberman EVP of Information Systems & Operations
    Bio

    Joining Cellebrite in 2022, Arnon oversees Cellebrite’s overall internal technology and services initiatives, leading the Information Systems, IT and Security & Operations departments, organizations that constantly present the highest professionalism, service level, innovation, and ability to scale up, serving as of today over 7,000 customers and over 1,000 employees worldwide.

    Arnon brings 23 years of experience in global technology companies, holding several CIO and Operations senior leadership positions while demonstrating a strong business understanding.  Prior to joining Cellebrite, Arnon was the CIO of Kornit Digital (NASDAQ: KRNT), a global manufacturing company of digital printers for textile fashion and home décor. Previously, he was the CIO of Gilat Satellite Networks (NASDAQ: GILT) and of Retalix/NCR and held several IT and Operations leadership positions at Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC).

    Further, Arnon is a lecturer for Information Technology & Cyber Security at the Peres Academic Center in Israel.

    Arnon holds an M.A. in Law from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. in Economics and Management from Tel-Aviv–Yafo Academic College.

  • Ayala Berler Shapira General Counsel
    Bio

    Joining Cellebrite in 2022, Ayala is a seasoned leader bringing over 25 years of experience in publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as law firms. Ayala’s expertise range from global business, international trade, corporate, compliance, M&A and to legal strategy. She is responsible for managing Cellebrite’s legal and compliance functions and strategy, aiming to support the company’s growth worldwide.

    Ayala was previously Deputy General Counsel at Amdocs, a leading global software provider to the media and telecommunication industries. Prior to that she acted as General Counsel for Jungo, a fast-growing high-tech company operating in the telecommunication market. Prior to that she held a number of legal positions, both in house and in private practice. Ayala holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration (LL.B, B.A) from Tel-Aviv University and is a member of the Israeli and New York Lawyer Bar Associations.
